Shipping policy

We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, shipments typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping methods and rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using live rates from UPS and USPS. The exact cost depends on package size, weight, and destination. Options presented at checkout include standard ground and expedited services from both carriers.

Wholesale orders
Wholesale orders (25 shirts or more) ship in a box via UPS. Larger orders may be split across multiple boxes; you will receive tracking for each package.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your order date, please contact us.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at cdw@grailssf.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the claim.

For lost packages, please allow 14 business days from the ship date before contacting us. Most delayed packages arrive within this window.

International shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
